Rescues

STAR actively works with many organizations to rescue animals. All rescues are asked to join our online community so we can help our animals find forever homes. Please visit our Rescue Page to register as a rescue, which will allow you to see our current animal listings.

Individuals

STAR is no longer able to place animals with long-distance adopters, however, we are able to facilitate adoptions to individuals who live within an hour of Morehead, KY. We encourage individuals to join the STAR Online Community in order to stay up-to-date, apply to become a foster home, or apply for a local adoption.
