Volunteer

You are now a registered STAR Volunteer! Thank you for registering and wanting to help Save the Animals of Rowan.

STAR needs volunteers to help in many ways, including:

• Fostering – Short term (under two weeks) and Long term (over two weeks)
• Fundraising – This includes helping to promote events; baking/cooking for events; picking up or delivering items for events; working at events.
• Transports – Local Driver (taking dogs to and from the vet), Long Distance Transport, Loading Crew, and Cleaning Crew
• Kennel upkeep – This includes providing food/water for our dogs; cleaning kennels; playing with the dogs.

STAR Organization Membership

As a registered STAR Volunteer, you are now included in our list of volunteers willing to help.

Please consider becoming a paying member of the STAR organization by filling out the membership form. This will allow you to become much more involved with STAR animals, events, and the organization in general. As an active paying member, you will be eligible to vote. The Board of Directors is comprised of members and elected by the membership.

If you are interested in helping STAR, whether it be by volunteering your time or by donating, we encourage you to register.
